Annual Corporate Membership Fee: $199 (Fully tax-deductible as a business maintenance expense!)

🔹 Step 1: The Initial Restoration Clean

Member Price: $0.15 per sq. ft. (Non-Members: $0.25+ per sq. ft.) We start by resetting your carpets to their best possible condition. Our mandatory 4-step commercial restoration process includes:

  1. Commercial Dry Vacuuming: To pull out abrasive dry soils and paper clips/staples.

  2. Targeted Chemical Application: We apply commercial-grade solvents designed specifically for high-traffic grease, coffee spills, and ink.

  3. Mechanical Scrubbing (175 RPM Buffer): To physically break down impacted soil in heavy traffic lanes.

  4. Hot Water Extraction: To flush the carpet and leave it residue-free.

🔹 Step 2: The Routine Maintenance Clean (Quarterly or Bi-Annually)

Member Price: $0.08 - $0.10 per sq. ft. To prevent dirt from ever building up again, we return every 3 to 6 months (depending on your foot traffic) for a fast, highly effective maintenance shampoo.

  • This specialized commercial process lifts surface dirt, revives crushed fibers, and dries rapidly so your business experiences zero downtime.

  • Note: This visit does not include the full 4-step heavy extraction, which is why we can offer it at such a deeply discounted rate.
