How The Membership Works

Annual Membership Fee: $149 (This pays for itself on your very first appointment!)

Once you are a member, you get immediate access to our VIP pricing for all services, including your annual deep clean, your 6-month refresh, and all area rugs.

🔹 1. The Annual Deep Restoration Clean

Member Price: $45 per standard room (Non-Members: $75) This is our flagship, top-to-bottom restoration process. We don't cut corners. Your deep clean includes:

  • Commercial Dry Vacuuming: To pull out destructive dry soils.

  • Green Pre-Spray Application: Safe for kids and pets.

  • Mechanical Scrubbing (175 RPM Buffer): To lift embedded oils and high-traffic grime.

  • Deep Hot Water Extraction: To flush the carpet pad and leave fibers soft and residue-free.

🔹 2. The 6-Month "Refresh & Revive" Clean

Member Price: $30 per standard room Six months after your deep clean, we come back to quickly extract surface dirt and allergens before they get ground into the carpet pad. (Note: This is a fast, hot-water extraction visit. Pre-vacuuming, mechanical scrubbing, and specialized heavy stain removal are not included in the Refresh visit, but can be added at VIP rates).

VIP Area Rug Cleaning (Cleaned On-Site)

Don't lug your heavy area rugs to a drop-off cleaner. As a member, we safely clean your area rugs right in your home while protecting the hard floors underneath.

  • Standard Synthetic Rugs (Nylon, Olefin, Polyester): Member Price: $0.75 / sq. ft. (Non-Members: $1.50 / sq. ft.)

  • Fine Natural Fibers (Wool, Silk, Oriental): Member Price: $2.00 / sq. ft. (Non-Members: $4.00 / sq. ft.) Hand-knotted and delicate natural fibers require specialized, WoolSafe-approved chemistry to prevent color bleeding and damage. We carry the exact solutions needed to restore them safely.

VIP Member Add-On Pricing

Life happens. When the dog has an accident or a glass of wine spills, members pay a fraction of the cost to fix it:

  • Heavy Spot & Stain Scrubbing: $25 per room (Normally $35+)

  • Advanced Fiber Protectant: $25 per room (Normally $35)

  • Targeted Pet Urine/Biological Treatment: $35 per room (Normally $45)

  • Hospital-Grade Sanitization: $15 per room (Normally $25)

The Fine Print: To ensure we can continue offering these deeply discounted wholesale rates, all service visits (including the 6-Month Refresh) are subject to a standard $149 minimum dispatch fee. A "standard room" is capped at 300 square feet. Areas exceeding 300 square feet or open-concept living/dining combinations are priced as two rooms. Staircases and hallways are priced separately.
