Encapsulation Cleaning And Hot Water Extraction

First I pre-vacuum your carpet to remove lose soil. Then I apply an encapsulation cleaning product to your carpet, give the carpet a good scrubbing with a red pad and rotary machine, this breaks the soil free from the fibers. Agitation/scrubbing works wonders. It removes heavy soil, black spots, and stains from your carpet.

Your carpet will dry super fast.

Most professionals are moving to encapsulation cleaning. The chemistry forms around the particles and crystallizes it so that it attracts more soil. The encapsulated soil breaks free from the fiber and is easily vacuumed up. Encapsulation also gives your fiber a protective coating. The coating protects against wear, tear, and stains. (your carpet should be dry within a couple of hours). I bring your carpet back to life.

 

Restaurant Cleaning

For heavy grease buildup, that's extremely dirty, I apply a grease remover.

I vacuum your carpet, I apply a grease remover product to your carpet, and scrub it with a rotary 175 machine.  I have to rinse it with a neutralizer and hot water. By doing so your carpet may take longer to dry.

Before I go I make sure everything is to your satisfaction.

Stain Removal

I specialize in black spot and stain removal. Most black spots can be removed. They usually come from some type of sticky residue left behind from a spill, dirt sticks to the spill and it turns black. Have no fear because I can remove most of them.

Color stains on the other hand are trickier to remove. Red stains, blue stains, yellow stains, and orange stains can be removed but you have to act fast before they become permanent.

I use the best stain removers on the market, made by Jon don and Bridge Point. They will either remove the stain completely or lighten it up. But there is no guarantee the stain will disappear. I highly recommend that you do not use any chemicals yourself on the stain. Because if you do, you run the risk of setting it, and making it become permanent. Call me instead.

Tired Of Stains Re-appearing?

Encapsulation cleaning is better for stain removal. Because you are not applying much water to your carpet. You see, when you apply a lot of water to your carpet, as it dries, it pulls the stain that's trapped in the backing of the carpet to the tips of the fiber, we call it wicking. Because encapsulation cleaning is low moister cleaning, stains do not have the time to re-appear or wick back.

Some stains will require rinsing out. For example soda pop. I would need to apply a protean spotter to it, let it works it's magic for a couple of minutes, then rinse it out with hot water. But by doing so . . . the following day, the stain may re-appear. Because the stain is trapped in the backing. And as it dries the water pulls the stain up to the tips of the fiber (wicking). It may take two to three separate times of cleaning to remove what's trapped in the backing of the carpet.

Newer stains are easier to remove. Older stains are harder to remove. The sooner you remove them the better off you will be. So hurry and give me a call and I will come out immediately for you.
