I use NCL wax... It's tough on wear and tear, and can last 2 to 3 years.

 

Steps Of Striping and Waxing VCT Flooring.

First pre-clean the tile floor by sweeping and moping it. Apply stripper that eats away old wax and scrub it with a black pad. This removes black scuff marks, wear marks, and deep scratches.

Once it's stripped down to the bare tile mop it up using clean water.

Let the tile dry. Then apply a coat of sealer to it.

When the sealer completely drys, apply 3 to 4 coats of wax.

This will bring your tile back to life and make it shine.
