Best portable carpet cleaner.

The Best Portable Carpet Cleaner To Have

I Recommend Hydro-Force Portable Carpet Cleaner.

It's The Perfect Machine

 . . . Everything You Need . . .

Powerful Water Pressure To Blast Away Dirt, Heater For Deep Steam Cleaning, and Superior Extraction.

Introduction

Here's why I recommend Hydro-Force for the best portable carpet cleaner to buy.

Powerful Vacuum Extraction

Hydro-Force is one of the most powerful vacuum extractors on the market.

It has three stage vacuum to extract up dirty water like a champ.

Most portables only have 2 stage vacuum motors but Hydro-Force has 3 which equals more vacuum power.

Once you run this portable over carpet you will see the dirt disappear right before your eyes.

Buying this portable carpet cleaner is the right decision because it has superior vacuum extraction compared to most other portables.

Heater For Steam Cleaning

Hydro-Force has a heater that heats up the water to where you can steam clean your carpet and tile.

Hot water loosens the soil on the carpet so you can easily rinse it away.

Plus heat helps kill germs that's lurking in the carpet.

Most portable carpet cleaners may not have a water heater BUT Hydro-Force does.

Strong Water Pressure (500 PSI) To Blast Dirt, Spots, And Stains Away.

500 PSI water pressure is the right amount of power to blast away stubborn dirt, spots, and stains from your carpet.

Hydro-Force has a valve so that you can crank up the water pressure for extremely dirty carpet and it can be turned down to gently clean carpet.

You can set the water pressure low so you can clean thin fabric on upholstery without soaking the cushions underneath.

Water pressure is important when considering a portable carpet cleaner to buy because all machines have different water pressure settings.

A lot of machines only have 200 or 100 psi water pressure pumps. Its better to have a 500 psi pump.

500 psi water pump is the highest water pressure you want to clean carpet with.

If you clean carpet with higher than 500 psi you can blow through the backing of the carpet and get your padding wet which you don't want to do. Because it can create mold, mildew, and odor.

And cleaning carpet with less than 500 psi might not be strong enough to blast out dirt, spots, and stains from the carpet.

Hydro-Force is set at the right amount of power you need. Nothing more and nothing less. This portable is perfect.

Essential Tools You Need.

Buying this machine you get a carpet wand, water line, and a vacuum hose.

Plus with this package you will get an upholstery tool so that you can clean furniture with.

The upholstery tool is perfect to clean furniture and stairs.

How To Clean Carpet By Hand

Cleaning carpet by hand is an alternative way and I recommend to always do it. This is how . . .

Vacuum then sprinkle carpet powder onto your carpet. It will deodorize it, break the soil free, and help stop spots from reappearing. Use a carpet brush to scrub your carpet back and forth to loosen the dirt. Then vacuum your carpet again.

The last step is to use a stain remover on the remaining stains you have. I recommend Proxi Spray because you don't have to rinse it out.

Just spray proxi on the stain and leave it to do its magic. Once it dries vacuum it.

Proxi removes most common carpet stains.

How To Clean Carpet With A Carpet Cleaner Machine

To do your best start with the method above -  Clean Carpet By Hand.

Once you cleaned your carpet By Hand you will need a carpet cleaner machine to do the heavy work.

I recommend a light weight machine if you are cleaning small stains, pet spots, and traffic patterns. If you are cleaning bigger areas that's really dirty, then I recommend Hydro-Force.

Hydro-Force has a bigger water tank that cuts back on dumping and refilling.

Follow the directions that comes with the machine.

Pro Tip do not over saturate your carpet to where water goes through the backing of the carpet and into the padding. This will create mold, mildew, and odor.

After cleaning be sure to extract every drop of water you can out of the carpet. Make it bone dry. Turn your ceiling fans on to help it dry fast.

I Recommend A Portable Carpet Cleaner To Clean Your Entire Home. It Will Save You A lot Of Pain And Suffering.

If you are doing bigger jobs then I recommend Hydro-Force to save you time. This machine heats up the water to where you do steam cleaning (hot water extraction).

It has a bigger water tank that cuts back on re-filling and dumping. It has 500 PSI pump that blows dirt out. And it has a powerful vacuum that extracts up dirty water like a champ.

With this machine you can even start a side business to make some extra cash $$$.

The most important part using this machine is not to apply excessive soap and water to the carpet.

Make sure you pre-vacuum the carpet before using Hydro-Force.

For superior results agitate your carpet with a brush after applying the cleaning solution. Or better yet use an Oreck Orbiter.

A huge wave of professional carpet cleaners are now using the Oreck Orbiter to agitate the carpet before rinsing it out. This machine works wonders on removing dirt and stains from carpet. It will save you from back breaking work. Its a must have for professional carpet cleaners. That means its good for you if you plan on cleaning carpet yourself.

How To Get Carpet Dry After Cleaning It Yourself.

The most important step is to apply the right amount of water when you clean carpet yourself. If you apply to much water it will go through the backing and into the padding. This will create mold, mildew, and odor.

After you clean your carpet go back over it and vacuum extract up as much dirty water as you can. Other wise your carpet will be wet for days.

Turn your ceiling fans on. Open your windows to create a cross flow. Turn your exhaust fans on in your bathroom and above your stove to remove the humidity.

If its a cold day then crank up your heat. Your HVAC system pulls the humidity out of your home.

As the carpet dry's  water evaporates into the air and creates humidity. You can use a dehumidifier to draw the moister out. This will help speed up the dry time.

You can inject the padding with an odor eliminator using a carpet syringe. To do so you will need a Water Claw to extract the odor eliminator through the backing of the carpet.
