Dusting

For dusting I use a soft bristle brush connected to a vacuum. I extract dust away from widow sills, end tables, coffee tables, baseboards, pictures, and more.

All reachable ceiling fan blades will be cleaned.

Please remove all your paper work, valuables, and lose change from your desks and dressers so I can dust vacuum.

 

Furniture Vacuuming

I use an upholstery attachment and vacuum the surface of your furniture. I lift the cushions and vacuum underneath them.

 

Carpet Vacuuming

I go through and vacuum all the exposed carpet.

 

Hardwood Floor Cleaning

I sweep your hardwood floor first and then go over it with Basic Coatings Hardwood Floor Cleaner and damp mop the exposed hardwood flooring. Also wipe the baseboards clean.

 

Kitchen Cleaning

All cabinets and and counter tops are wet wiped. Stove tops are sprayed and cleaned. Sinks and stainless steal faucets are cleaned.

All flooring is swept and moped with the proper cleaning agents.

 

Bathroom Cleaning

All sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets are cleaned. Mirrors are also cleaned. Stainless steal faucets are cleaned. Bathroom fans are dusted and vacuumed. Baseboards are cleaned. Flooring is swept and moped.

 

Window Washing and Mirrors

I dust vacuum all your window curtains, blinds, frames, and sills. Then I use professional widow washing tools - mop and squeegee to wash your interior windows plus mirrors.

I can clean your exterior windows upon special request (additional fee may apply).

 

Door and Light Switch Cleaning. 

Door handles and light switches are wet wiped clean.

 

Specialty Cleaning:

1. Carpet Cleaning (encapsulation)
2. Upholstery Cleaning (hot water extraction)
3. Window Washing (exterior)
4. Vacuum furniture.

Cancellations and Refunds

To ensure your day and time is reserved you will need to put a down payment of $67 non refundable. The day of cleaning we charge you on what you want completed. But you don't have to pay one red cent (refundable) until everything is to your satisfaction. We go over any area you are not satisfied with and make sure it's to your satisfaction. Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Due to cancelations in the past, that ultimately hurts my business, a down payment of $67 becomes the standard.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your $67 will be credited to your next cleaning.
